RIBA Part 1 Architectural Assistant and CAD Designer based in Leeds, with 3+ years delivering coordinated technical drawing packages across luxury hospitality, residential and healthcare sectors. Working across RIBA Stages 1–5 on projects up to $47M in scale, I bring proven experience in construction documentation, BIM coordination, client liaison and architectural visualisation, with a 98% drawing accuracy rate and 100% planning authority approval across all submissions.
Proficient in BricsCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Bluebeam Revu, and holding an Autodesk Certified Professional qualification, I am actively seeking a Part 1 Architectural Assistant role within a UK-based practice, with a view to progressing toward RIBA Part 2.
